Everyone says use AI. Nobody says how.

We sit down with you, work out where your week actually goes, and tell you which bits are worth handing to a machine. Then we build those.

where most people are stuck

Nobody tells you which three things to actually do.

Every week there's another tool, another video, another person insisting you're falling behind. None of it is aimed at a business like yours, and none of it starts by asking how your week actually works.

Doing nothing is a reasonable response to noise.

The fix isn't more information. It's someone sitting with your actual business for an afternoon and narrowing it to a short list.

what you keep being told what it's worth to you
Build an agent depends entirely on what for
Fine-tune a model almost certainly not, at your size
Go AI-first not a sentence anyone can act on
Which three tasks eat your week? this is the only question
the work

How the session goes

01

We look at the whole business, not the tech

The first session is mostly questions. Where does the week actually go?

  • A 60 to 90 minute call with whoever runs things
  • What happens daily, weekly and monthly — and who does it
  • No tool names until we understand the work
02

Find the hours that disappear

Most of the opportunity is in work nobody thinks of as work.

  • Quotes written from scratch every single time
  • Reminders, invoices and follow-ups done by hand
  • The admin that happens at 9pm because the day was full
03

Rank it by money, not by novelty

Plenty of AI is impressive and worth nothing to you. We sort it.

  • Everything scored on effort against what it's worth
  • What to do now, what to leave, what to ignore
  • Where a cheaper non-AI fix does the same job
04

Use what you're already paying for

You probably own more capability than you're using.

  • A look at your current software before anyone buys anything
  • Features sitting unused in tools you already pay for
  • Rough costs, so you decide with numbers in front of you
05

A plan, and someone to run it

A list of ideas helps nobody. You get an order and a timeline.

  • A 30 / 60 / 90 day plan, one thing at a time
  • Plain guidance on what not to put into these tools
  • We build it for you, or you take the plan and run
being straight with you

Sometimes the answer is that you only need one thing, and it takes a week.

Plenty of businesses don't need an AI strategy. They need their phone answered and their quotes followed up, and everything else is a distraction. If that's you, we'll say so rather than invent a roadmap to justify a bigger invoice.

The questions everyone asks

Do I have to buy anything after?

No. The plan is yours. Some people hand it to their own team and get on with it. We're happy either way — the ones who come back come back because it worked.

Is my business too small for AI?

Smaller businesses often get more out of it, because there's no IT department and the owner is doing six jobs. The question isn't size, it's whether the same task happens often enough to be worth automating.

What if I don't understand any of this?

That's the normal starting point and it's fine. You know your business; we know the tools. You won't be asked to learn anything technical.

Will it replace my staff?

That's not what we're aiming at. The target is the admin nobody wanted to do in the first place — so your people spend more time on the work that actually earns.

What about my customers' data?

We'll be specific about what should and shouldn't go into these tools, and where it ends up. If you handle health information we'll build on compliant tooling or tell you not to do it at all.

Start with one honest conversation.

The audit includes a first pass at this. If there's something worth doing, you'll know by the end of it.
