We run your ads last.

Not because they don't work. Because they work on whatever you already have — including the leaks.

why last

Ads don't fix a business. They multiply it.

In both directions. If a third of your calls go unanswered, paid traffic means paying to miss more of them. If your prices are too low, ads buy you more underpriced work.

Every problem you have gets amplified by exactly what you spend.

Most agencies happily skip this part, because the ad retainer is the recurring revenue. We'd rather spend the first few weeks making sure the money lands somewhere it can stick.

if this is true then ad spend buys you
Calls go unanswered more missed calls
Prices are too low more underpriced work
Nothing is tracked no idea what worked
The offer is weak expensive clicks, no bookings
All of it is fixed the thing you wanted
the work

Then we open the tap

01

Fix the offer before the ads

The single biggest lever in paid advertising isn't targeting. It's what you're actually offering.

  • A clear reason to call you and not the next company
  • An entry offer that's easy to say yes to
  • Prices that hold up once the leads actually arrive
02

Creative, made fresh and often

Ads stop working not because the targeting broke but because people got bored.

  • Video, UGC-style and static, built for each platform
  • Several angles tested, not one idea repeated
  • Refreshed monthly, before performance quietly decays
03

The channels that fit you, not all of them

Different businesses get found in different places. Spreading thin is how budgets disappear.

  • Google Search and Local Services when people are looking
  • Meta and Instagram when demand needs creating
  • TikTok only where the audience genuinely is
04

Tracking, so we argue with data

Most small businesses can't tell you which ad produced which customer. That's the real problem.

  • Call tracking, form tracking and conversions set up properly
  • Every lead traced back to the ad that produced it
  • Cost per booked job, not cost per click
05

Reporting you can actually read

A dashboard nobody opens is not reporting.

  • One monthly page: leads, booked jobs, spend, cost per job
  • What we changed and what it did
  • No impressions or engagement-rate theatre
being straight with you

What we won't do

Most of the bad experiences people have had with ad agencies come down to these five things.

— Run ads before your phone gets answered and your prices make sense
— Lock you into a twelve-month contract to get a decent rate
— Report impressions and engagement rate and call it performance
— Keep spending on a channel that isn't working because it's in the plan
— Hold your ad account, pixel or data hostage — it's all yours

The questions everyone asks

How much should I spend?

Enough for the platform to learn, which for most local businesses means a few thousand a month minimum. Below that you're paying for noise. We'd rather tell you to wait than take a management fee on a budget too small to work.

What do you charge?

Either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of ad spend, depending on which is fairer at your size. Either way it's separate from the ad budget itself, and we'll show you exactly which is which.

Which platform is best for me?

Depends on whether people are already looking for what you sell. Emergency and repair work lives on Google. Elective and cosmetic work does better on Meta and Instagram. We'll tell you after the audit, not before.

How long until it works?

The first month is mostly learning — the platforms need data before they get efficient. Judge it at month three. Anyone promising results in week one is spending your money to make themselves look good early.

Can I keep my current agency?

Sure. We're happy to just fix the offer, the pricing and the landing pages and let them run the ads. Their results usually improve, which is a reasonable outcome for everyone.

Before you spend another dollar.

The audit shows you where your current spend is going and what's quietly eating it.
