Your website looks fine. That's the problem.

Looking good and booking customers are two different jobs. Most small business sites were only ever built to do the first one.

what usually happened

Nobody checked whether it books anyone.

Someone showed you three designs. You picked the most professional one. Everyone agreed it beat the old site, it went live, and the conversation ended there.

Your site was judged by you. It gets used by strangers.

That's how almost every small business website gets made — approved by the owner, never tested on someone in a hurry, on a phone, at 8pm.

Do the colors work? Does it load in 3 seconds?
Does the logo look right? Can I book in three taps?
Is it professional? Is the phone number visible?
Do I like it? Do I know what they do?

What we actually change

01

Find out where people give up

You can't fix what you can't see, so we start by watching what visitors actually do.

  • Load time on a real phone, on real data
  • Where visitors land, and where they quit
  • How many taps it takes to book or call
02

Make the next step impossible to miss

Most sites bury the one thing they want you to do.

  • Phone number visible without scrolling, tappable
  • One clear action per page, not five
  • Booking in seconds, not a form and a wait
03

Give someone a reason to pick you

Most small business sites are interchangeable. Yours shouldn't be.

  • What you do and who for, in the first line
  • Prices or ranges, where silence is costing you
  • Real reviews and photos placed where doubt happens
04

Build it, or fix what's there

A rebuild isn't always the answer. Sometimes it's four changes.

  • A rebuild only when the foundation is beyond saving
  • Targeted fixes when it just needs sharpening
  • Fast, mobile-first, and editable by you
05

Landing pages that match the ad

Sending paid traffic to your homepage wastes most of what you spend.

  • One page per campaign, matched to the ad
  • Nothing on it but the action you want
  • Tracking, so you know which page earned the booking

The questions everyone asks

Do I need a whole new site?

Often no. We'll tell you honestly after the audit. A rebuild when the foundation is bad, targeted fixes when it isn't — and the second one is cheaper for you.

How long does it take?

A set of fixes is usually two to three weeks. A full build runs four to six, depending on how many pages and how fast you get us content.

Who owns it when we're done?

You do. The site, the domain, the content, the lot. We don't hold anything hostage and you can leave whenever.

Can I update it myself?

Yes, and we'll show you how. You shouldn't have to pay someone to change your opening hours.

What about my current host?

We'll work with it if it's decent and tell you if it's slowing you down. Hosting is usually cheap to fix and makes a bigger difference than people expect.
